Amazing soft openning rate for a "Hyatt" style and confort hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. High standart bed, quiet, wonderful city view, clean, new, modern and convinient between Silom and Sukumvit area for boat, bts or taxi for other hist oric area. just perfect. enjoy quickly, promotion will ending soon....

The room was super nice and the hotel staff was very helpful
The hotel is super closed to the Lumpini mtr station but will need change to bts at Silom with only one stop. Though only 15min walking distance to Silom station but it would be great if aetas lumpini provide the free shuttle bus to silom station as the lumpini bangkok.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was brand new and it showed. Breakfast in the executive lounge was nice, great view.
The promised facilities were not available yet. The water in the small pool and hot tub was ice cold, so effectively not useable. That might be a godsend on a very hot bangkok day, but I was out of the pool in 2 minutes (and I'm used to taking cold showers every day). Warming in the sun at the pool side afterwards was not an option, because - while the pool was outside - it was basically covered by the rest of the building (much like a parking garage), so sun bathing is not an option in this hotel. The "fitness" advertised consistent of exactly three treadmills, and nothing else. I would not take that from a 2 star hotel promising fitness facilities, but certainly not from a 5 star hotel. Changing for the pool was to be done in the room, as there was no changing facility available yet. Not such a big issue, as there seemed to be nobody else in the hotel but me, so using the elevator in my wet swimming trunks was not even much of an issue, but gave me a feeling which was more like a youth hostel rather than a 5 star hotel. The promised sauna and steam room where not available yet. There was however a nice bar/lunch facility, but it was unstaffed while I was there, so effectively useless. All in all not exactly the comfortable, luxury stay I was aiming for when booking the executive lounge with club access. The hotel was simply not ready at all, and hence could not deliver on the description at Booked.net. It may or may not become be a nice hotel in the future, I cannot tell. I checked out immediately the next day and shifted to a cheaper five star hotel that did offer more facilities than just a nice but still relative small room to lock myself up in.

Overall it was fully-equipped and great value with a decent view. A tub and soap dispensers were available there.

Staff were incredibly helpful, we were given a free room upgrade and a cake on my partner's birthday. Breakfast had a huge selection and was well worth getting up for. Great access for mrt underground and you're across the road from the main city park which is nice. Very well appointed rooms with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Very good value for money considering how much you get compared with other hotels in this area.
Air con even on the lowest setting was quite loud, but other than that it was a fantastic place to spend our time in Bangkok.

The central location near Life Center was convenient. Being close to an underground station made it easy to reach many Bangkok attractions. - the staff's efficiency was greatly appreciated. - I had a fantastic dinner at a great restaurant on the premises.

Very friendly staff. Despite to reception was busy when we arrived, they still tried to help us immediately. Also the receptionist came with us up to the room, which was very personal. When we want to leave the lobby someone always hurry to open the door for us.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs. Generally, appreciated this good value and beautifully designed accommodation with caring staff in assisting us with planning sightseeing. The booked room was neat and new-fashioned. The beds were spacious, the breakfast was savoury and delicious.

Nice, spacious and clean room with nice view and great bed, you must love it! :) Great pool, good staff. (and especially I loved the Mitschubichi elevators :))). Fantastic value for money. Even the location wasnt the worst, it was only 5 min with taxi to Path Pong area, with night market and many classic "shows" :). Anyway, its quite far to the center and all that "old houses", if you love to see it :).
Maybe unexpected noisy aircon in the room, nothing else, room was fantastic (even the cheaper one). One of the guy from the reception was quite arrogant, bad luck I don't remember his name, because the rest was fantastic! :). And yes, if you like to old town, it's not the best position, anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if I come back I will stay in Aetas Lumpini again!
